Any art I make for you is NOT to be used commercially. Meaning, you cannot sell my art in any form. (Stickers, prints etc.)

I MUST be credited if you decide to post your commission publicly on a social media.

I retain ownership of the art i've made and can freely post it on my social media unless discussed before hand.

(I'm open to private commissions and relinquished ownership, just talk to me about it first. I do it like this to protect my art from bad actors. Anyone legit isn't affected by this and can use their art how they want.)

It is not my wishes for my art to be used in any form of generative AI.

I reserve the right to cancel any commissions at any point, with a full or partial refund returned to the commissioner depending on amount of work completed.

I accept payment through Cashapp (Preferred) and Paypal (Not Preferred)

You can expect your comm to be done within a month, it might be less. I will be as transparent as i can about the status.

I take half of the payment up front, and the 2nd half once the sketch is approved and I start painting / lining. For sketches, i take the whole payment upfront.
